Whether your goal is to run your first 5K, develop more flexibility and redefine your body, regain mobility and strength, or you would like to workout in the privacy and convenience of your home, Poised will design your fitness program for your life. After your initial session assessment, your trainer will devise your tailored training plan. So we may insure more effective and long lasting results, Poised will assess your progress through a series evaluations such as postural analysis, biomechanical evaluation, body composition, flexibility and practical strength progression. Sessions are scheduled based upon the mutual availability of you and your trainer.
